AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) helps you move your databases to AWS without downtime. You create a migration workflow, or 'job', specifying the source and target databases. DMS handles the complex process of copying data, converting formats if needed, and minimizing disruption to your applications. This lets you easily migrate from on-premises databases or other cloud providers to AWS services like Amazon RDS, Aurora, or DynamoDB.
