Amazon EC2 Spot Fleet allows you to request compute capacity and pay a significantly lower price compared to On-Demand Instances. You specify your desired instance types and configurations, and Spot Fleet automatically launches the most cost-effective instances from the Spot Instance market to fulfill your request. This is ideal for applications that are flexible with their start times and can tolerate interruptions. If the Spot Instances are interrupted due to price increases, your application needs to be designed to handle the disruption gracefully.
